No longer dependent on outside practitioners to fix you, you instead utilise their expertise as part of an overall strategy to increase vitality and build resilience. I am there to support and encourage you to stand firmly at the centre of your own self-healing journey.
What happens in the sessions?
We use a META analysis process to ask and answer questions.
We find the root emotional cause of your dis-ease or disturbance.
Associated emotional themes, limiting beliefs, behaviours and patterns are identified.
We use EFT and Matrix Reimprinting if required.
What happens after the sessions?
I review all the work we have done together.
A Conscious Actions for Transformation Plan is produced.
This Plan becomes yours. You are now in charge of your own self-healing.
If you wish, you can book further sessions with me to work on aspects of your plan.

How much does it cost
Packages like these can cost anything from £500 to £2,000 depending on who you work with and what they provide.
In other words it is a valuable process.
This may be easily affordable for some and totally out of reach for others.
