On 11th May, during Mental Heath Awareness week I will be delivering this talk about EFT.  Emotional Freedom Technique also known as Tapping is a powerful Energy Psychology method which helps relieve stress.

Over 10 years ago I was blown away by the affect of this technique on my own emotional distress.  This led me to train as a practitioner and I have now been working in this field for over 8 years.

After working with individuals for many years I am now widening the ways in which I share this technique. To that end, in June,  I will be facilitating a 4 week course in Effective EFT for Self Help with the Argyll Wellbeing Hub.
