EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Tapping as it is also known is an easy to learn, effective tool for helping with emotional distress.

Workshop Info

During these six weeks you will have the opportunity to learn, practice and deepen your understanding of this technique. There will be opportunities to ask questions, try new ideas and to ultimately become competent and confident at using EFT to help yourself.

In addition Mairi will use her extensive knowledge and experience to help you understand more about why you are experiencing this distress, including taking you on a journey to help release and resolve the root causes.
