EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Tapping as it is also known is an easy to learn, effective tool for helping with emotional distress.

Workshop Info

Over the course of 3 weeks you will have the opportunity to learn, practice and deepen your understanding of this technique. There will be opportunities to ask questions, try new ideas and to ultimately become competent and confident at using EFT to help yourself.

  • 3 weeks beginning 15th March, 2023.

  • Wellbeing Hub, Oban, Argyll.
