I like listening to radio shows especially when I’m pottering around tidying the kitchen, watering plants, cooking and so on. The conventional radio shows are dominated by the news broadcast at least every hour telling us mostly about the latest disasters, dangers and despair.

Instead I prefer to immerse myself in information that is inspirational, insightful and supports my journey through life.

Here are a few I like to listen to:

  • Hay House Radio: some of the world’s greatest teachers in spirituality, health, and wellness.

  • Insights at the Edge: interesting in-depth interviews with leaders in their field often revealing the most fascinating journey’s of self-discovery and awareness.

  • EFT radio: EFT is being used in such extraordinary and innovative ways now, covering a huge range of issues and ailments I’m sure you can find something of interest here.

  • Revolution Health Radio: debunks mainstream myths on nutrition and health and delivers cutting-edge, yet practical information on how to prevent and reverse disease naturally.”

  • For the Wild: brings us radical ideas relating to earth renewal. Wonderful selection of interviews with deep ecology thinkers and earth activists.

  • Social Anxiety Solutions: is a podcast about different aspects of Social Anxiety and its solutions.

  • Wise Traditions Podcast: full of valuable content related to your health, featuring interviews with outstanding guests in the fields of health, food, and farming.

  • Feel Better Live More: a popular podcast from one of the UK’s leading doctors of functional medicine.

  • A New and Ancient Story: conversation with a series of extraordinary guests: activists and healers, scientists and spiritual teachers, artists and entrepreneurs, indigenous people and those from the elite.

  • Hurry Slowly: how you can be more productive, creative, and resilient through the simple act of slowing down.

  • The Future is Beautiful: our global future is created by all of us, together. The Future Is Beautiful is the start of a new conversation for making that happen.
