I often feel overwhelmed and unable to cope.
I am anxious and stressed-out a lot of the time.
I feel tired, worn out and done in.
My health is suffering.
I often don’t feel good enough.
My life is spent worrying about what others are thinking about me.
I feel hopeless and helpless about the state of the world and don’t know what I can do about it, it all seems so big and overwhelming.
I yearn for a slower, calmer, simpler life.
These problems stem from what has happened to you, and the environment around you. It is what you have experienced that taught you to feel this way about yourself and the world.
Imagine being free of these feelings and thoughts, free to live a life in alignment with what you value and care about, free to be your true self and to create a life and world you love.
I am passionate about helping you understand and clear what stops you creating and living a life you love. My job is to guide and support you as you explore and discover what is getting in the way and to help you remove these obstacles so you can live life free of the limiting beliefs, behaviours and patterns that hold you back.

Because I have been there myself, and can still struggle with life, I am able to offer compassionate, empathic coaching that inspires, encourages and supports you to overcome what stops you creating a life you love.
I offer personalised courses and one-to-one packages including my new Walk and Talk sessions if you live close by.
The personalised courses run over several months and include one-to-one sessions as well as modules to work on at home. You also work on assignments and receive inspiring resources specifically tailored to your own unique needs and issues.
